Make a complaint or enquiry under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990.
Let us know:
- about retailers selling vapes or tobacco to people under 18 years of age
- about retailers displaying tobacco products
- about smoking or vaping in workplaces, restaurants, pubs or other licenced premises
- if you have a concern about general vape retailers such as dairies, supermarkets and service stations
- if you have concerns about specialist vape retailers. Specialist vape shops sell mostly vape products and can sell flavoured vapes.

Privacy
Providing your details will allow us to clarify information and inform you of any outcomes relating to your complaint. Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone during our investigation. Unless you are making the complaint in your capacity as a senior official of a government agency, tobacco or vaping company. On the rare occasion a complaint goes to court, your submission, including your personal information, may be used as evidence and may be disclosed as part of the proceedings.
