Auckland (West and North Shore)

North Shore Hospital provides up to 600 surgical and general medical treatment beds. It has 12 operating theatres, an emergency department and a 50-bed assessment and diagnostic Unit.

Other services include intensive care, elective surgery, coronary care, maternity and special care baby unit.

Waitakere Hospital provides acute inpatient and outpatient services. It has medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, mental health and older adult units, as well as specialist clinics and allied health services.

Wilson Centre is a children's health facility in Takapuna, catering to inpatients, day patients and outpatients. The hospital provides comprehensive, family-centred rehabilitation services to children from 0-16 years old, or while still at school. It has a purpose-built playground, hydrotherapy pool and gardens.
