Music therapy service

We provide music therapy services to patients in hospital, outpatients and the community across the West Coast. Our registered music therapist uses musical activities to help people with the health, social and wellbeing issues.

Our services hours are:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm


Services we provide

Services include:

  • developmental goals, such as communication, thought processing and social skills
  • parent-child relationships
  • mood issues and emotional self-regulation
  • stress, anxiety and agitation
  • pain management
  • neuro-rehabilitation after a stroke or brain injury, including speech, movement and thought processing
    social and emotional wellbeing for people with conditions, such as Dementia, Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

Referral information

You will need to be referred to use our service.

Inpatient referrals can be made by medical, nursing and allied health professionals.

Outpatient and community referrals are from medical, nursing and allied health professionals, parents, educational and other community services.
