Referral for surgical management of early pregnancy loss (miscarriage) is by the early pregnancy assessment service.
Abortion services
We provide first trimester termination of pregnancy (4 to 13 weeks) and assessment for second trimester pregnancy.
Referral information
You can be referred to the GPU by your healthcare provider including:

- gynaecology specialist
- nurse specialist.
For abortion services you can make an appointment without a referral.
