Has your child lived in a house with someone who either currently has TB or has a history of TB? This may include family, whānau, or other people who sometimes stay in your home such as a carer.
Has your child spent 3 months or longer in a country with high instances of TB (either on one trip, or multiple separate visits totalling 3 months or more)?
Within the last 5 years has anyone in your household or whānau spent 6 months or longer in a country with high instances of TB?
In the first 5 years of their life, will your child spend 3 months or longer in a country with high instances of TB cases (either on one trip, or multiple separate visits totalling 3 months or more)?
