Counties Manukau — Auckland

Health New Zealand’s Manukau Health Park redevelopment is expanding outpatient services, surgical capacity, and specialist care through new state-of-the-art facilities.

With capacity for 150,000 more outpatient visits, 3500 surgeries, and up to 450 new full-time roles.

Te Pūriri o Te Ora Regional Cancer and Blood Service

Northland & Auckland

Health New Zealand has expanded cancer care in Northland with a new $60.9 million radiation therapy facility at Whangārei Hospital, strengthening cancer services across Northland and Auckland. This state-of-the-art centre improves access to life-saving treatment, supporting more patients closer to home as part of one connected regional service.

As part of this expansion, new roles will become available across both Whangārei and Auckland — reflecting the integrated nature of our service across the two regions.
